while sitting around, I followed this girl with my eyes... she seemed so out of focus, kept holding her mobile to her ear and lowering it again... I wonder, will he ever show up? Or will we have another broken heart...? Its at times like this, when everything around you doesn't exist... everything is just a blur...



Blur effect and B&W done through PS... Original is in the scraps [link] , if u like it also I may move it to my gallery :-)

its pretty simple:
1- duplicate the layer
2- use the lasso tool to cut out around the shape u dont want to blur, do this on the top layer
3- use the blur filter on the top layer and play around with it to get the results u want

thats it :D
